NASMAH

In 1996, six film and television make-up artists invited 50 of the top make-up artists and hairdressers in the industry to a meeting about setting up an association for hairdressing and make-up professionals. From this meeting NASMAH was born and a constitution drawn up. NASMAH was formed to maintain the high standards of artistry achieved in previous years and to promote the profile of hair and make-up professionals in the industry.
